Man & Two Women Arrested for Aggravated Drug Trafficking in Maine
A man and two women were arrested for Aggravated Drug Trafficking after a months-long narcotics investigation in Bangor.
Three People Apprehended following Drug Investigation
MDEA Agents, U.S. DEA Agents and the Bangor Police Department executed a search warrant June 9 at 54 Charles Street.
Drugs and Firearms Seized during Search
Law enforcement seized over 200 grams of cocaine base (crack), over 140 grams of fentanyl, $11,287.00 in suspected drug proceeds and a loaded .40 caliber handgun. The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $45,000.00.
Three people Arrested and Charged
Arrested for Aggravated Drug Trafficking was 31-year-old Shameek Harris from New York, 52-year-old Wenona Lola from Bangor and 43-year-old Roger Brown from Bangor. No bail was set for the suspects.
Aggravated Charges due to Quantity of Drugs and Guns
“Charges on the three suspects were aggravated due to the quantity of drugs seized along with the presence of firearms,” said the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
