Mother and Son Charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking in Maine
A man and his mother were arrested Wednesday and charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking after warrants were executed in Waterville and Fairfield.
Mother and Son Arrested after Warrants
The Waterville Police Department said 33-year-old Zachary Burnham and 58-year-old Elizabeth Burnham were taken into custody after a search at 7 King Street in Waterville and 31 Maine Street in Fairfield.
Aggravated Drug Trafficking Charges
Both residences belonged to the son. He was charged with four counts of Aggravated Drug Trafficking. The mother was charged with one count of Aggravated Drug Trafficking, said WGME News.
Mother Released and Son Held without Bail
They were both transported to the Kennebec County Jail. Zachary Burnham was held with bail. Elizabeth Burnham was released on $1,00 cash bail.
