27-Year-Old Man Arrested for Aggravated Drug Trafficking in Maine
A 27-year-old man was arrested for Drug Trafficking and other charges after fentanyl and crack were seized during a traffic stop in Topsham.
Charges for Drug Trafficking in Maine
The Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office said Michael Colon-Guerrero was charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking and Unlawful Drug Trafficking.
Driver Acted “Suspicious”
Deputies said Colon-Guerrero was acting “suspicious” after he said he did not speak English, but responded to every request.
K-9 Alerted to Drugs Hidden in Dashboard
A K-9 team was called and detected narcotics in the vehicle. Drugs were found concealed in the dashboard.
Fentanyl, Crack and Scale Seized
More than 107 grams of Fentanyl and 17.6 grams of crack was seized. A digital scale and baggies were also located in the trunk.

Transported to Jail
Colon-Guerrero was taken to Two Bridges Regional Jail with bail set at $5,000.
