A 40-year-old man was arrested Friday morning after shots were fired on Woodford Street in Portland.

The Portland Police Department said Chi Ho of Portland was arrested and charged with Reckless Conduct With A Dangerous Weapon.

Suspect Fired Gun after Altercation

“An investigation revealed that a man had discharged his firearm at the location after an altercation,” said Portland PD.
