A 14-year-old who was wounded in a shooting faces charges in Lewiston.

14-Year-Old Shooting Victim Charged in Shooting

The juvenile was charged with theft by receiving stolen property (firearm) and falsifying physical evidence, according to the Lewiston Police Department.

Shooting Involved Three Juveniles Who Were All Charged

The shooting happened on May 7 and also involved a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old.

14-Year-Old was Shot in the Leg and Later Charged

Police found the 14-year-old on Avon Street with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.

Officers arrested and charged the 13-year-old with aggravated assault.
