By the age of 11, Sammy Brue was opening for Hayes Carll, John Moreland, Lucinda Williams and Asleep at the Wheel. Now, at 16, he has a full-length album out via New West Records (I Am Nice, released in late 2017) and is working with some of the biggest names in Americana and folk music.

Brue began writing music at the age of 10. These days, he's earned the ear of, among others, Justin Townes Earle, who invited the the young troubadour to open for him and featured Brue on the cover of his Single Mothers record.
