The fire happened Friday morning around 2:45 am at 81 Patterson Hill Road.
Fully Involved Fire When First Responders Arrived on the Scene
The structure was fully involved when the Belfast Fire Department responded to the scene.
Two 19-Year-Old Men Were Located Near the Fire
The Belfast Police Department said 19-year-old Isaac Cummings and 19-year-old Rowan Locke, both from Belfast, were located nearby.

Fire Marshal's Office and Police Detectives Investigated the Fire
The Maine State Fire Marshal's Office was called to investigate. The fire was examined and several interviews were conducted with the assistance of the Belfast Police Detective Division.
Fire was Intentionally Set, According to the Maine Department of Public Safety
Officials determined the fire was set intentionally.

Cummings and Locke were both arrested and charged with Arson.

Two Men Taken to County Jail and Held on $10,000 Cash Bail
They were transported to the Somerset County Jail and were being held on $10,000 cash bail.
