
Two Men Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Maine
A 42-year-old man and a 34-year-old man have been arrested for Drug Trafficking and other charges after a large amount of narcotics were seized in Portland.
Two Maine Men Arrested for Drug Trafficking
The Portland Police Department said Dan Doody of South Portland was arrested on March 5 and Edward Stewart from Portland was arrested on March 9.
Fentanyl Seized after Drunk Driving Traffic Stop
Doody was apprehended after a report of a drunk driver in Gray Street around 2:07 am. Officers seized 11 grams of Fentanyl during a traffic stop.
Drug Trafficking Charges
He was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and Violating Conditions of Release.
Fentanyl and Cocaine Seized
Stewart was arrested at 155 Danforth Street after police responded to a disturbance call. Officers seized 11.5 grams of Fentanyl, 2.5 grams of Cocaine HCI and 1.9 grams of Gabapentin.
Multiple Charges
He is facing charges for Unlawful Drug Trafficking, Unlawful Drug Possession and Unlawful Possession of Cocaine.
