35-Year-Old Man Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Maine
A 35-year-old man was arrested for drug trafficking after a drug deal on Main Street in Westbrook.
Police Saw “Hand-to-Hand Drug Deal”
The Westbrook Police Department said Nicolas Young from Portland was taken into custody Wednesday after officers saw him "wearing a full balaclava on a warm spring day, and then observed them completing what appeared to be a hand-to-hand drug deal.”
Drug Trafficking Charges and Arrest Warrant
The investigation led to charges for Unlawful Drug Trafficking and Probation Revocation Arrest Warrant.
Drug Investigation is Ongoing
Young was taken to the Cumberland County Jail. The drug investigation remains open.
