Police said Joseph Russell was shot and killed in a police-involved shooting on Friday night in Rochester, New Hampshire.
Suspect Drew Firearm after K-9 Took him to the Ground
The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office said Russell drew a firearm after he was taken to the ground by a K-9 with the New Hampshire State Police, according to WMUR News.

Police are looking for 36-year-old Joseph Russell from Rochester, New Hampshire for motor vehicle thefts in Maine and New Hampshire.
Police said Man is “Armed and Dangerous”
“Russell is believed to be armed and dangerous,” based on witness statements, said law enforcement.
String of Motor Vehicle Thefts
He is a “person of interest in a string of motor vehicle thefts” in both Rochester, New Hampshire and Lebanon, Maine over the past several days.
