Two people were injured after a house fire Sunday morning on Barney Cianchette Road in Pittsfield.

Two families lived at the residence and were displaced by the fire that destroyed the house. The blaze started around 10 am.

Two people were burned in the fire and transported to a local hospital for treatment, said the Morning Sentinel.
