Man Wanted for Felony Assault after Police Chase in Maine
Police are looking for two people after a high speed chase and one person had serious injuries to the face and head after an assault in Raymond.
Victim Assaulted with Serious Injuries to Face and Head
The victim was assaulted with a weapon around 11 am Sunday on Tower Road, said the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. They had serious face and head injuries and were taken to the Bridgton Hospital.
Man and Woman Fled in Jeep
Deputies are looking for 46-year-old Jeremy Dunlap from Gray who fled in a Jeep with 47-year-old Angelique Tucker.
Police Pursuit Through Several Towns
The Jeep was located in Windham and a chase went across Westbrook, Portland and to the Maine Turnpike, said WGME News.
High Speed Chase
The police chase was called off when speeds reached 95 mph on the Turnpike.
Man Wanted for Felony Aggravated Assault
Dunlop is wanted for multiple charges including felony aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon. Deputies said Tucker is not a suspect in the assault, but has several warrants for her arrest.
