Man in Critical Condition after Almost Drowning in Maine
A 21-year-old man almost drowned at Range Pond State Park in Poland, Maine on Saturday afternoon.
Man Saved by Friends after Almost Drowning
The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office said the man was swimming with friends and became fatigued. He tried swimming back to shore and went under water.
Friends Rescued Drowning Man
“His friends eventually located the victim and took him to shore where life saving measures were started,” said the Sheriff’s Office.
Transported to Hospital in Critical Condition
He was taken to a local hospital and was in critical condition.
