Two People Ejected and ATV Rolled Over into the Woods

Two people were ejected from the ATV after it left the road and rolled over into a wooded area.

ATV was on Roadway and not Designated Trail

The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office said the ATV was being driven “on the roadway, not on a designated trail, when it left the road and overturned.”

Alcohol, Speed and Reckless Driving Appear to be Factors

Speed, reckless operation, and alcohol may have been contributing factors in the crash, according to deputies.

One Person Taken to the Hospital with Serious Injuries
