
58-Year-Old Woman Died after Rollover Crash on I-95 in Maine
A 58-year-old woman died Saturday after a rollover crash on I-95 in Newburgh.
Woman Died at the scene
Darcel Geiser from Brewer was pronounced dead at the scene.
Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash on I-95
The crash happened around 1:30 pm near the Exit 174 on-ramp in Newburgh.
Lost Control of the Vehicle, Left the Road and Rolled Over
The Maine State Police said Geiser “was traveling northbound in the passing lane when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled over several times.”

Extricated from the Vehicle
Geiser had to be extricated from the vehicle.
Woman Not Wearing a Seatbelt
She was not wearing a seatbelt, according to Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer, Maine Department of Public Safety.

Multiple Agencies Responded to the Crash Site
Troopers were assisted by the Newburgh Fire Department, LifeFlight of Maine, MaineDOT, and Bouchard and Sons Towing.
