Canadian Red Cross Helps Three after Fredericton Fire
A house fire Saturday evening on the north side of Fredericton displaced a woman, her 15-year-old son and her three-year-old granddaughter.
The fire damaged the two-storey house at 54 Royal Road in Fredericton, shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday, said Dan Bedell, Communications Director, Atlantic Canadian Red Cross. There were no injuries.
Canadian Red Cross disaster volunteers arranged emergency lodging, food, clothing and other basics.
