64-Year-Old Hodgdon Man Died after Crash in Northern Maine
A 64-year-old Hodgdon man died Thursday evening after a single-vehicle crash on Route 11 in Township 8 Range 5, north of Knowles Corner.
Vehicle went off the Road and Crashed
The Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office said Lonnie Little was driving a 2010 Freightliner south around 4:20 pm when the vehicle went off the road and crashed.
Driver Died at the Hospital
Little was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
Crash Investigation
The crash investigation is ongoing. Assisting the Sheriff’s Office was the Maine State Police, Maine Warden Service, the Presque Isle Police Department, Maine DOT, Masardis Volunteer Fire Department and Ashland Ambulance Service.
