Original Story
A woman was seriously injured Monday morning after she was hit by a vehicle in Lewiston.
Taken to the Hospital with Injuries
She was transported to a local hospital in an ambulance. Her name and age were not released.
Early Morning Crash
The crash happened around 5:30 am near Elm Street and Holland Street.
Road was Closed
Part of Maine Street was closed and has since reopened, said WMTW News.
Ongoing Crash Investigation
The crash is under investigation. The Lewiston Police Department and Lewiston Fire Department were on the scene.
