
44-Year-Old Woman Hit by Vehicle Died from Injuries in Maine
A 44-year-old woman has died from her injuries after she was hit by a vehicle in Lewiston Monday morning.
Woman in Critical Condition Died
Jessica Sawyer from Lewiston was in critical condition and taken to Central Maine Medical Center where she later died.
Vehicle Hit Pedestrian
The Lewiston Police Department said 31-year-old Jordan Blais from Auburn was driving the vehicle that hit Sawyer around 4:30am.
Contributing Factors
Police believe weather and road conditions were contributing factors in the crash.
