Police arrested 43-year-old Rocki Prophet and 32-year-old Jacob Phillip after a search of a Summer Street apartment.
Drugs and Drug Trafficking Evidence Seized
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office, the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and Rockland Police seized drugs and drug trafficking evidence.
Prior Charges
Prophet was also charged with violation of bail conditions from a prior drug charge, said WABI News.
