The Old Orchard Beach Police Department said Allan Altobell suffers from cognitive issues.
Last Seen Leaving Home on Foot
He was last seen Friday around 8:30 am, leaving his Eden Road home on foot.

Altobell is described as a white male weighing 158 lbs and standing 5'8". He has white hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a gray crew neck sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black dress shoes.
