Seven people were injured, including six young children, after a rollover crash in Durham on Monday.
Seven People Injured in Single-Vehicle Crash
The crash happened around 4 pm on Royalsborough Road (Route 136).
Officials said Crash Declared Mass Casualty Incident
The Durham Fire and Rescue said “Due to the number of patients, the incident commander declared a Mass Casualty Incident. Additional ambulances were requested from Freeport Fire Rescue & Lisbon Emergency.”
Seven People were taken to the Hospital
Seven people including the six young children were transported to Maine Medical Center.

Officials at the Durham Fire and Rescue said “We at Durham Fire & Rescue would like to thank our neighboring communities for their assistance with today's incident. We would also like to thank bystanders on scene and the general public for their help and patience while we dealt with this incident.”
