33-year-old Suspect Arrested after Man Shot and Injured in Maine
A 33-year-old man was arrested after a 60-year-old man was shot and injured in Wiscasset.
Man Shot in Leg Yelling for Help
Police said officers found a Brunswick man in a yard with a gunshot wound to his leg after reports of the victim yelling for help.
Witnesses Reportedly Left the Scene
Several people left the scene before police arrived, said WGME News.
Gunshot Victim Injured and Taken to the Hospital
The victim had non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Miles Memorial Hospital and then taken to Maine Medical Center.
Man Arrested and Charged
Timothy Frasier, who lives at the Wiscasset home, was apprehended and faces charges for Unlawful Drug Possession, Unlawful Drug Trafficking and Violation of Condition of Release.
Ongoing Investigation
He was taken to the Cumberland County Jail. The investigation remains open.
