Weekend Outages: Power Restored in Aroostook County

Power has been restored to all but 282 customers in Aroostook County.

The number of Aroostook County customers with outages was at 3061 as of 4 AM Sunday morning. Emera Crews are working to restore power, dealing with downed lines and assessing damage from the heavy winds & gusts through Saturday night into Sunday.
Winds were over 40 mph in parts of Maine, causing the most problems in Aroostook County. More gusty wind could cause additional outages today as crew progress in getting service back.
