
Moose Died after being Hit by Two Vehicles in Maine
Two people were injured and a moose died after it was by two vehicles in Long A Township.
Two Vehicles Hit Moose
The Millinocket Fire Department said the moose was hit on Poplar Street around 6:30 pm Thursday.
First Vehicle Hit Moose and Two People Injured
Two people were injured in the first vehicle. They were taken to Millinocket Regional Hospital.
Second Vehicle Hit Moose
The second vehicle had no injuries. Names and ages were not released.
Ongoing Investigation
The crashes are under investigation.
