
Missing 5-Year-Old Girl Found Safe in Swamp in Maine
A 5-year-old girl with autism was found safe in a swamp in Palermo, Maine.
Bloodhound Helped Locate 5-Year-Old
A Maine State Police bloodhound named Millie helped locate the child around 5:20 pm Saturday evening.

Girl Found in Waist-Deep Water
The girl was found in waist-deep water in a swampy, wooded area off Rowe Road. No injuries were reported.
Child was 2000 Feet Away from Home
Milie and her handler, Corporal Eric Sucy and Game Warden Julia Horst, tracked the girl's scent from her home to the swamp almost 2,000 feet away, said Maine State Police.
