
Death Ruled Homicide after Man’s Body Found in Maine
The body of a 56-year-old man was found by police outside of a residence during a welfare check in Palermo.
Man Found Dead
Robert Bruso was identified as the deceased male. His body was found on April 19 on Boots and Saddle Road.
Suspicious Circumstances
The Maine State Police said “the circumstances of the death to be suspicious.”
Death Ruled Homicide
His death was ruled a homicide. An autopsy was done to determine the manner and cause of death. The information was not released.
No Danger to Public
“There is no known danger to the public,” said Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer, Maine Department of Public Safety.
Golden Retriever Missing
Police said Bruso owned a golden retriever named Lenny who has not been located. Officials are asking for help finding him.
