Man Crashed Stolen Truck and Knocked Down Power Lines in Maine
A 32-year-old man was seriously injured Tuesday night after a rollover crash in a stolen truck on Center Street in Auburn.
Man Injured in Rollover Crash in Stolen Truck
The Auburn Police Department said Ryan Buckingham was driving a stolen Ford F350 truck when he crashed, rolled over and brought down power lines and a utility pole.
Vehicle Entangled in Downed Lines
A second vehicle driven by 63-year-old Ronald Theriault from Rumford got entangled in the downed lines. He was not injured. Four lanes of traffic were stopped in the area.
Driver Hit Utility Vehicle
Another crash happened while officers were on the scene. A 22-year-old man, Keagan Richardson from Turner, collided with a Public Works vehicle. No one was injured.
Speed was a Factor in Crash with Utility Vehicle
“Speed was determined to be a factor in this crash,” said Auburn PD. Richardson was charged with Driving to Endanger.
