
Four Arrested and Charged after Drugs and Cash Seized in Maine
A 34-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man were arrested Tuesday and charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking and Possession after a traffic stop in Wiscasset. Two more people were arrested after a search warrant.
Active Arrest Warrant
Wiscasset Police said the female passenger, Dulcie K. Vess from Wiscasset, had an active warrant. She was taken into custody.
Drugs and Money in Vehicle
Officers found drugs and cash in the vehicle and also arrested the driver, Brendon M. McLellan from Wiscasset.
Woman with Warrant Charged
Vess was charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking, 10 Counts of Unlawful Drug Possession, Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Falsifying Evidence.
Man Charged
McLellan faces charges for Aggravated Drug Trafficking, 11 Counts of Unlawful Drug Possession, Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, Falsifying Evidence and 3 Counts of Violating Conditions of Release.
Search Warrant at Residence
A search warrant was then executed at 193 Alna Road where Vess and McLellan were currently living.
Homeowners Arrested
Police arrested the homeowners, 64-year-old Jody M. Mills and 50-year-old Penny S. Pelletier. They were transported to Two Bridges Regional Jail and both booked on 8 counts of Unlawful Drug Possession and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
