Fire in Saint-Anne-De-Madawaska Leaves Six Homeless

A fire destroyed a two-storey apartment building early Monday morning at 156 Main Street in Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska.

Six people were left without a home including a woman with two children ages 3 and 5, and two other woman and a man who lived in the four apartments, said the Red Cross.

The fire happened around 2:30 a.m. Monday.
