Crash on Little Madawaska Lake Road in Westmanland [PHOTO]

A 24-year-old Westmanland woman suffered minor injuries after a crash on Little Madawaska Lake Road early Friday morning.

Police said Jordyn Doucette of Westmanland collided with a tree after leaving the roadway around 4 am Friday.

A family member took Doucette to Cary Medical Center to be treated for minor injuries, said Trooper Matt Curtin. She was later released.

Police said speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the crash.

The investigation is ongoing.
