A man was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with Criminal Attempt - Murder after a gunshot was fired inside a residence in Lewiston.
Facing Multiple Charges Including Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening
Kenneth Foster was charged with multiple crimes including Criminal Attempt- Murder, Reckless Conduct, Domestic Violence Aggravated Assault, and Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening.
Gunshot was Fired During Altercation Inside Residence
The Lewiston Police Department said the gunshot was fired at 148 Old Webster Road during an altercation.
Police Said No One Was Hit by the Gunfire
“It should be noted that no one was struck by the gunfire,” according to Lewiston PD.
