Arrest Made in Central Maine Stabbing
Maine State Police arrested a 76-year-old Auburn man in in connection with the stabbing death of a woman in downtown Lewiston Sunday morning.
Albert Flick was charged with murder, said police. Flick was treated at Central Maine Medical Center for chest pains following the assault.
48-year-old Kimberly Dobbie was killed outside a Lewiston laundromat Sunday. Her two 11-year-old twin sons witnessed the assault, said State Police.
Flick is at the Androscoggin County Jail. Wednesday morning at 8:30am, he’ll appear at the Androscoggin Superior Court. Authorities said there is no indication of a romantic involvement between Flick and Dobbie.
