Woman with Warrant Stole Car and Punched Cop in Maine
A 51-year-old woman with a warrant punched an officer in the face early Monday morning during an arrest for a stolen vehicle in Westbrook.
Extraditable Warrant for Maine Woman’s Arrest
The Westbrook Police Department said Kristin Roberts from Portland had an extraditable warrant for her arrest in Colorado, and is facing charges for a stolen vehicle in Maine.
Female Suspect Punched Officer in the Face
When police arrived at a residence to arrest her on Arlington Avenue around 2:30 am, “she resisted arrest and ended up punching an officer in the face. The officer was not injured,” said Westbrook PD.
Jail and Charges
Roberts was taken to the Cumberland County Jail. She was charged Assault, Refusing to Submit to Arrest, and with being a Fugitive from Justice.
