Armed & Dangerous Man Wanted as Fugitive from Justice in Maine

A 46-year-old man is wanted by the U.S. Marshals as a fugitive from justice after a federal arrest warrant was issued for his apprehension.

Conspiracy and Assault Charges

Kristofer Haken was charged with Criminal Conspiracy and two counts of Elevated Aggravated Assault following an incident on Forest Avenue in Portland on July 30th, 2024. He is also wanted in New Hampshire for Parole Violation.

Outlaw Motorcycle Club

Haken is an alleged member of the Outlaw Motorcycle Club. He is considered armed and dangerous with violent tendencies, said officials.

Avoiding Apprehension

The U.S. Marshals Service Maine Violent Offender Task Force said “Haken is aware of his wanted status and is actively taking measures to avoid apprehension by law enforcement. Investigators further believe Haken is being aided by numerous associates.”

Fugitive’s Description

Haken is described as 5’9”, 220 pounds with blonde hair (dreadlocks) and blue eyes. He is known to frequent Lebanon, Maine, Londonderry, NH, Manchester, NH, Barnstead, NH, White River Junction, VT and Albany, NY.
