A 37-year-old man died after he was hit by a car in Portland around 7:25 pm Sunday night.
Pedestrian Dead after Crash on Roadway
The Portland Police Department said the man was walking on Riverside Street when he was struck by a vehicle driven by a 26-year-old man.
Died at Hospital from Injuries
The pedestrian was transported to Maine Medical Center in Portland. He later died at the hospital from his injuries.
Ongoing Crash Investigation
No charges have been filed as the incident is under investigation. Names and ages were not released.
