
Man Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison for Drug Trafficking in Maine
A 36-year-old man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for drug trafficking in Maine.
120 Months in Prison
Tyrone Fleurimont from Biddeford was charged with possessing meth with intent to distribute. He was given 120 months with five years of supervised release.
Search Warrant
DEA Agents executed a search warrant in April 2024 at an apartment used by Fleurimont, said court records.
Drugs, Cash and Gun Seized
Investigators seized approximately 180 grams of methamphetamine pills, 90 grams of crystal meth, 293 grams of cocaine, 66 grams of crack, cash, a 9mm handgun and a loaded 18-round magazine.
Cocaine in Individual Baggies
Police also found Individually wrapped baggies with 14 grams of cocaine on Fleurimont’s person, said the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Three Prior Criminal Convictions
Fleurimont had three prior criminal convictions in Maine and Massachusetts including a 2013 conviction for possession and drug trafficking, a 2016 conviction for possessing a firearm without a permit, and a 2019 conviction for unlawful drug trafficking.
