A 16-year-old male was seriously injured after a motorcycle crash in Portland on Sunday evening.
Teen Seriously Injured after Motorcycle Crash
The crash happened around 6:10 pm at the intersection of Brighton Avenue and Raymond Road.
Rider Left Roadway and Crashed into a Tree
The Portland Police Department said “a 16-year-old male from Portland was riding his motorcycle eastbound on Brighton Ave. when, for an unknown reason, he left the roadway striking a tree.”
People Helped Victim until First Responders Arrived
Bystanders rendered aid until first responders arrived on the scene.
Seriously Injured and Transported to Hospital
He had serious injuries from the crash and was taken to Maine Medical Center.
