One woman died Sunday morning after a head-on collision with a logging truck on Route 132 in Wales.

Police said the woman may have crossed the centerline and crashed with the tractor-trailer around 10 am.
Died at the Scene
The woman died at the scene. The truck driver was not injured. Names and ages were not released, said WGME News.
Ongoing Crash Investigation
The crash happened between Bull Run Road and Leeds Junction Road. The investigation is ongoing.
