The Presque Isle Police Department confirms a third person was involved in an assault and shooting on Northern Road in Presque Isle early Monday morning that left a man in critical condition.

Twenty-six-year-old Brittany Britton faces charges of elevated aggravated assault and aggravated reckless conduct. Police say she was arrested Monday evening.

Thirty-one-year-old Jomo White of Atlanta, Georgia White was arrested Tuesday at a Presque Isle residence. He is charged with attempted murder and elevated aggravated assault and is being held at the Aroostook County Jail.

Meanwhile, police are asking for the public’s help in locating 44-year-old Jason Alexander of Blaine, related to the Presque Isle shooting.

Anyone with information on Alexander's whereabouts is asked to call Presque Isle Police Department or Maine State Police. Information that leads to an arrest may be eligible for a $500 reward..

The victim of the shooting remains in intensive care at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.
