The Woodstock RCMP is releasing surveillance video of a break and enter at a pharmacy in Hartland, N.B., in hopes that someone might recognize the suspect.

According to police, on July 20 at approximately 3:45 a.m., a break and enter occurred at Nevers Pharmacy located at 380 Main Street. Surveillance footage shows one person coming along an alley way between two buildings, carrying a black Adidas duffle bag.

The person rounds the corner and approaches the pharmacy, then removes a pry bar from the duffle bag, and proceeds to smash the glass door and enter the pharmacy. Once inside, the person stole an undisclosed quantity of prescription medications.

The suspect then left the area on foot, heading toward Orser Street. Please note, the time code on the video is not accurate, said the RCMP.

The person is described as being slim and had a unique gait when walking and running. The person was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with ‘CANADA’ written across the front and an unknown logo on the right sleeve.
