One Person Died in a Rollover Crash on I-95 in Maine
One person died Monday evening around 5:42 pm after a rollover crash on I-95 in Clinton.
One Person Died in a Two-Vehicle Crash
The Maine State Police said a 2009 Ford Fusion and a 2020 Ford Escape collided northbound on the Interstate, near mile marker 138. Names and ages were not released.
Rollover Crash on the Interstate in Maine
The Ford Fusion was passing the Ford Escape when “the driver quickly changed lanes in front of the Escape and collided with the vehicle. The collision caused the driver of the Fusion to lose control and go off the right side of the roadway. The Fusion overturned and collided with a tree on the side of the roadway,” said Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer, Maine Department of Public Safety.
Driver Died at the Scene of the Crash
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The investigation is ongoing.
