Moncton Man Charged In Connection With Home Invasion And Sexual Assault
A Moncton man faces four charges after a home invasion on Cameron Street October 17th.
25-year-old Michael Jollie from Moncton was charged with break and enter, sexual assault, overcoming resistance to commission of offence and breaching court ordered conditions following a home invasion October 17th.
The RCMP said they responded to a home invasion that occurred around 3 AM October 17th on Cameron Street. They arrested Jollie later that day. A woman in the home was taken to the hospital and released.
Jollie appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on October 18th. He has a scheduled court date for October 19th at 1:30 PM. He is remanded into custody.
