
Two Men Arrested and Charged after Drugs Seized in Maine
Two men were arrested and multiple drugs were seized in Portland.
Man Charged with Drug Trafficking and Possession
The Portland Police Department said 56-year-old Timothy Clark was arrested and charged with Violating Conditions of Release, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Fentanyl and Unlawful Drug Trafficking.
Second Man Arrested and Charged
Also taken into custody was 46-year-old Derek Weeks who was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Police Initially Responded to a Trespassing Call
Officers responded to the call for trespassing Sunday morning around 9:14 am at 15 Temple Street.

One Man Tried to Pass Something to The Other Man and Conceal It
When Police arrived at the scene, they saw one of the men pass an item to the other men and tried to conceal it.
Man Dropped a Baggie Containing Drugs and Both Men Were Arrested
“One of the men dropped a baggie containing suspected drugs, and both individuals were subsequently detained and searched,” according to Portland PD.

Drugs Seized Included Meth and Fentanyl
Police seized approximately 41 grams of fentanyl and 13.6 grams of methamphetamine.
Transported to County Jail and Booked on Charges
Both men were taken to the Cumberland County Jail and booked.
