The Maine Warden Service said investigators believe alcohol, marijuana and speed were factors in a jet ski crash in Wilton on Thursday.

A 47-year-old man was in the hospital in critical condition after he crashed on Wilson Lake.
Trying to Turn at High Rate of Speed
Officials said he was thrown from the jet ski while trying to make a turn at a high rate of speed. Name and age were not released, said WGME News.
Witness Pulled Him from the Water
Witnesses pulled him out of the water and he was struggling to breath. First responders gave him first-aid and he was transported to the Central Maine Medical Center.
Man had Just Bought the Jet Ski
Wardens said the man did not have a lot of experience with the jet ski and had just purchased it. The crash investigation remains open.
