
Man Died after Motorcycle and Truck Crashed Head-On in Maine
A 44-year-old man died Friday morning after a motorcycle and pickup truck crashed head-on in Hancock.
Man on Motorcycle Died at the Scene of a Cash with a Truck
Jim Hoyt from Sullivan was pronounced dead at the scene around 8:25 am.
Motorcycle Crossed the Centerline and Collided with Oncoming Pickup Truck
The Maine State Police said Hoyt was riding a motorcycle on Route 1 near the Washington Junction when he crossed the centerline and crashed with a truck.

Pickup Truck Driver Injured after Crash with Motorcycle
The driver of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries, according to Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer, Maine Department of Public Safety.

Hoyt was wearing a helmet. The crash is under investigation.
