Man Arrested after Incident at Moncton Apartment Building

A man was arrested Monday morning after the RCMP responded to a complaint of a person being held against their will at an apartment on West Lane in Moncton.

Police were on the scene for two and half hours before taking a man in custody. His identity has not been released. A woman was in the apartment at the time. She was uninjured, said the RCMP.

Police are continuing to investigate.
