Maine Man Arrested for Drugs after Passing Out Behind the Wheel
A 61-year-old man was arrested after police found him passed out behind the wheel and blocking an intersection in East Millinocket on Saturday night.

The East Millinocket Police Department said Ted Fiske from Medway was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Drugs and Unlawful Drug Trafficking.
Police said Driver was Impaired
Police said “It was apparent that Fiske was under the influence.”
Operating Under the Influence of Drugs
Ofc. Scelso was able to wake up Fiske and Sgt. Clayton conducted a DRE evaluation to confirm Fiske was under the influence of drugs.
Fentanyl Seized from Vehicle
Officers searched the vehicle and found more than 25 grams of suspected fentanyl.
Jail and Charges
Fiske was transported to the Penobscot County Jail and faces OUI and Unlawful Drug Trafficking charges.
