Lewiston Death Investigation Continues

State and Lewiston Police say the investigation into the death of a Lewiston man last month remains open and active.

Donald Giusti, 38, died from injuries received in a fight between a group of teenagers; Giusti and two other men, in the Kennedy Park area of the downtown June 12.

Investigators have interviewed more than 100 people, reviewed surveillance photos and have been reviewing evidence from the scene.  That work continues as investigators review the circumstances that led up to the street fight and Giusti’s death.

State and Lewiston Police have investigators that continue to work nearly full time on the case and the two departments continue to seek information from the public that might relate to the investigation.
