
34-Year-Old Man Arrested after Assaulting Police in Maine
A 34-year-old man was arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest in Bangor.
Prior Convictions
Devin Anderson was on probation for several prior convictions in the state of Oregon.
Trespassing
Officers were called after Anderson refused to leave a business on Main Street.
Drove Officer's Head into Pavement
The Bangor Police said he attacked police and drove an officer’s head into the pavement. He was arrested and taken to the Penobscot County Jail.
Officer Treated for Concussion
The injured officer was taken to the hospital for treatment for a concussion, according to WMTW News.
Multiple Charges
Anderson was charged with assault on a police officer, refusing to submit to arrest with injury, criminal trespass, and violation of bail conditions.
